The Securian Financial leadership level sits on the 21st floor of the 400 building. It includes 5,500 SF of C-suite offices, a boardroom, conference rooms, and a server room, plus an additional 13,000 SF of other remodeled space on the floor. Our team conducted a study to develop options/recommendations and feasibility to maintain relative humidity for the area to help give additional life to the sensitive materials used to construct the space.
