Dunham provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for a new 290,000 SF casino, 27,000 SF event center, a 200- room, five-story hotel with a pool/spa facility. The facility includes a golf pro shop to go along with the championship golf course, restaurants, lounges, bars, indoor and outdoor pool, men’s and women’s spas, multi-purpose meeting rooms, and offices. Thermal Displacement Ventilation was designed in the gaming floor with diffusers custom built into the base of the slot machine bases. This unique application provided the optimum in indoor air quality, energy efficiency, air contaminant removal, ventilation effectiveness and guest comfort.
