Ramsey County renovated and expanded the county morgue’s autopsy space, administrative offices, support space, and building mechanical systems. The single-story, 10,688 SF facility serves as the Medical Examiner of Record for Ramsey, Washington, and 14 additional Minnesota counties. Dunham’s services include mechanical and electrical engineering design services for a 1,039 SF addition and a complete replacement of all the building’s HVAC and electrical equipment. Our team designed and phased the project to keep the facility operational throughout construction. The project increased the autopsy area by nearly 50%, improved security, and addressed the County’s health and safety concerns.
