Dunham provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for a new 18,000 SF Sports Medicine Center within the existing Mayo Clinic Square complex in Downtown Minneapolis. The center co-locates Mayo Clinic with the Minnesota Timberwolves training and practice facility. The clinic space includes exam rooms, procedure rooms, radiography suite, support space, group exercise area, nourishment area, MRI, and reception space.
Since the completion of Phase I of this project, Dunham was hired again to provide engineering services for an expansion of the Mayo Clinic space on the skyway level of Mayo Clinic Square. Phase II is a 15,000 SF fit-up with a patient lobby, 13 exam rooms, fluoroscopy, biomechanics lab, CT imaging suite, and an ultrasound procedure room. The project modified space on the third floor to provide proper patient flow to the new area.
