Aseptic Fill Room Renovation

Dunham provided full-service mechanical and electrical engineering design and construction administration services for this project. The project creates a new 700 SF ISO-5 (Grade A) aseptic fill room and renovates 2,500 SF grade C and D space. Our services included analyzing central mechanical and electrical services and recommended modifications to accommodate increased capacity needs. The project included pure steam systems, dedicated air handling systems, chiller systems, heating systems, and the expansion of the electrical service. The filling room meets all FDA cGMP requirements.
