Dunham provided electrical engineering services for a 330,000 SF, 26-level high-rise apartment complex located near the University of Minnesota’s Twin Cities campus. The project includes tenant shell space on the first two levels, and a parking ramp with one level of below grade, and six stories above. The facility consists of a pool deck and amenity space on top of the ramp.
