This project converted an existing office building into a transitional housing unit for the mental health program. The 10,500 SF facility offers Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) apartments and provides 24-hour service to people who are transitioning from the intensive mental health care of a hospital to the community. The facility features 16 single-patient rooms with private bathrooms, including one handicap accessible room, kitchen and dining space, group therapy room, lounge area, staff workroom and offices, and a small outdoor patio. Our services included updating infrastructure, designed initially for office occupancy, to meet the requirements for a mental health facility.
