Hennepin County Public Works recognized again, 25 Years Later

25 years later, this innovative project is still receiving awards. The Hennepin County Public Works Facility team was recognized for the prestigious AIA Minnesota 25 Year Award during the AIA Minnesota A’24 MN Conference on Architecture awards show. Highlighting that our commitment to sustainable and high-performance design isn’t anything new, Dunham began working on the Hennepin County Public Works project in 1992. This innovative project became a model project for developing the Minnesota Sustainable Building Guidelines (MSBG) and a forerunner of the current Building, Benchmarks and Beyond (B3) guidelines. We are proud to be part of the incredible team that helped pave the way for sustainable design standards in Minnesota.
