Rochester Office Move

Dunham Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce that our Rochester office is open for business at their new location effective July 6, 2016.

The Dunham team has moved from its office at 18 Third Street Southwest in Rochester, to this new location on the second floor of the Premier Bank Building, at 421 First Avenue Southwest, Suite 201W, Rochester, MN 55902.

The move stems from our considerable growth in the region over the past few years. The new office provides a larger and more comfortable environment for our employees, as well as providing a more welcoming space for our clients.

“We are excited about the growth of our Office in Rochester, and furthering our commitment to our clients and the community,” says President and CEO Jay Rohkohl.  “Like our old location, the new space is centrally located in Downtown Rochester. It keeps in close proximity to our clients, as well as provides our employees quick access to all the amenities and entertainment options that come with being Downtown.”

Dunham Partner, Mark Oldyn, Calls it a Career

leadership-oldyn_6418

Dunham announces the retirement of Mark Oldyn. Mark has been with Dunham since 1996 where he started as an Electrical Project Leader and Project Manager. In 2001 he was elected to the firm’s Partner group. His clients have included the Metropolitan Airport Council, Northwest Airlines, Grand Casino Hinckley, Potawatomi Casino, Minnesota Army National Guard, Seagate, SurModics, Sanford Underground Research Facility, and UTC Aerospace.

Perhaps what many people will remember most about Mark, is not just how dedicated he is to his craft, but the great pride in being a mentor and teacher to our younger engineers and designers. While Mark will be sorely missed as a colleague, we want wish him well as he and his wife Kathy enjoy their retirement together.
