We’re opening a new office in Dallas, Texas
Dunham is excited to announce the opening of a new office in Dallas, Texas.
The office officially opens for business in January 2020. This office is located on McKinney Avenue in the Uptown Neighborhood and overlooks downtown Dallas.
The expansion to Texas allows Dunham to reach more clients, architects, and new partners that will help grow the company. We will remain committed to the same quality design and exceptional client service that made us who we are today.

Castle Community receives IMPACT Award
The Preservation Alliance of Minnesota presented Castle Community with the 2019 IMPACT Award. The honor was given at the Rethos Benefit & 35th Annual Minnesota Preservation Awards on October 3rd, 2019. This is the second Dunham project to win the award in the last two years, following the Building 222 Preservation and Restoration project in 2018.
2019 NAIOP Awards of Excellence
Dunham is proud to be part of two projects that received recognition at the 36th annual Awards of Excellence Ceremony on September 25, 2019.
Winslow Capital Management received the Excellence award in the Renovated: Tenant Improvement category. Minnesota Drive Medical Campus received the award in the Medical Campus category.
Dunham ranked among MEP Giants of 2019
Consulting-Specifying Engineer ranks Dunham #67 nationally among MEP Giants of 2019.
Dunham projects receive USGBC awards
Hennepin Healthcare, Clinic and Specialty Center (LEED Gold) and Kraus-Anderson Corporate Headquarters (LEED Silver) received the 2019 Award of Merit in the Innovative Design and New Construction category.
Capital One–Thomas Edison Offices and Health Center (LEED Silver) received the 2019 Award of Excellence Innovative Project and Interiors category.
The USGBC Minnesota Annual Meeting and Celebration will be held on November 7th, 2019 to celebrate the winners.
Nine Dunham projects named F&C Top Projects
Finance & Commerce recognized nine Dunham projects for this year’s Top Projects Awards. Each project was spotlighted in an issue of F&C magazine throughout the summer and were celebrated at the July 25th awards event.

Awarded LEED Gold: Hennepin Healthcare, Clinic + Specialty Center
The Hennepin Healthcare Clinic + Specialty Center project achieved a LEED Gold certification by earning 63 points. The project is Dunham’s 10th LEED Gold project!
ENR Midwest Awards Hennepin Healthcare Clinic + Specialty Center Best Projects Award
Hennepin Healthcare’s Clinic + Specialty Center received an Award of Merit from Engineering News-Record Midwest in the Health Care category. The project is highlighted in the Best Projects issue and celebrated at the Best Projects Awards Banquet. In total, there were 106 entries from 11 states competing for the 40 Awards.
