For 18 years, Dunham has been grateful for the opportunity to team up with some of our great partners to give back to our community. Dunham, Med Craft Healthcare, BWBR, MMC, and the NDSU Alumni group joined forces to help a local family with some home and landscaping upgrades. We worked hard, had fun, and did good. We even had great weather! We are happy to say we have another year in the books, and we look forward to getting back together next year with Hearts & Hammers!

Justin Thiner receives 25th Annual Vic Polich Associate Member Achievement Award
We want to congratulate Justin Thiner for receiving the 25th Annual Vic Polich Associate Member Achievement Award from the Twin City Healthcare Engineering Association. This award highlights Justin’s dedication to TCHEA’s goals of education and professionalism. Justin is a Partner and Electrical Engineer at Dunham, and a long-time member of the Twin City Healthcare Engineers Association.
Dunham volunteers at Hennepin Healthcare’s Adventurama
Dunham was proud to sponsor Hennepin Healthcare’s Adventurama event again in 2024. This year’s event attracted 138 team participants to complete in 10 Pit Stop events over a 3-mile loop around HCMC in downtown Minneapolis. Dunham sent a team of volunteers for what turned out to be a beautiful day running the Calisthenics station. We hope to see you all again at the next Hennepin Healthcare event!
Dunham Employees team up with MATTER to make difference
On April 16th, Dunham volunteers spent an afternoon at MATTER ® to pack snack boxes for kids participating in summer youth activities around the Twin Cities. MATTER is a Minnesota-based nonprofit helping millions of people around the world. This is just one of the many ways the people at Dunham are making a difference in the world. Dunham names New President and CEO
Dunham enters a new era as Matt Jensen, PE, LEED AP BD+C steps into the role of President and CEO of Dunham Associates. Matt replaces Jay Rohkohl, who has served in this position since 2011. New Partner: Bryan Schmidt
We are delighted to announce the election of Bryan Schmidt as a Partner at Dunham. Bryan, who has been with us since 2006, has been instrumental in leading the design of numerous significant projects in our Education business unit. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota-Mankato in 1994, is a registered professional engineer, and is a LEED-accredited professional. We are excited to have him join our esteemed Partner group.

Justin Thiner has been elected Partner at Dunham Associates. He started at Dunham as an electrical engineering intern and joined us full-time after earning his degree in electrical engineering from South Dakota State University in 2005. Justin is a trusted engineer in the healthcare field and brings a wide range of industry and technical knowledge to our partner group. Congratulations, Justin!

Dunham is proud to announce that Jim LeClaire was elected as a Partner at Dunham Associates. Jim is a highly respected engineer who brings effective leadership and technical expertise to his projects. After earning his degree in electrical engineering from St. Cloud State University, Jim joined Dunham and has worked in a wide range of markets, including education, healthcare, commercial, and science + technology.
