T3 is a new eight-level, 225,000 SF mass timber, multi-tenant office building located in the North Loop neighborhood of Minneapolis. It is the first contemporary wood structured tall building in the United States. By using wood, T3 avoids 1,411 metric tons of CO2 emissions.  Our team provided mechanical, electrical, fire protection, fire alarm, and electrical design-assist services. The building includes sixty-five underground parking spaces, one level of circulation and lobby space, and six levels of office space.
