Dunham delivered mechanical and electrical engineering services for an extensive renovation and a 36,000+ SF addition to the Minnesota Orchestra’s primary performance space. The project expanded the lobby and common areas while providing updates to the auditorium, practice rooms, dressing rooms, and back-of-house spaces. Our services included lighting/dimming system replacement; upgrades to security, telecommunications and data systems; and a new fire protection system to meet codes.
