Dunham delivered mechanical and electrical design/build criteria package for this new 81,000 SF, single-story office building on C.H. Robinson’s Eden Bluff Corporate Center site, which houses the company’s IT group. The building includes 469 workstations, 31 private offices, 20 conference rooms, 3 training rooms, various break rooms, a computer staging lab, and a 25-person theater.

In a separate project, our Commissioning + Energy Services team provided commissioning during the acceptance phase of the HVAC, domestic hot water, lighting controls, and emergency power operation. The goal of the project was to ensure that all systems are installed complete, functioning properly and meets criteria outlined in the Owner’s Project Requirement and Basis of Design documents.
